Rolands Rihters

Rolands is a geospatial information technology enthusiast, expert and practitioner with more than 20 years of experience. He has created and developed more than 50 GIS systems of different sizes and technology platforms for various purposes. Rolands continues to develop geospatial solutions in his home organization – Latvia’s State Forests – as well as for company’s customers both in Latvia and abroad.
