Klas Segeljakt

Klas Segeljakt is an industrial PhD student at RISE (Research Institutes of Sweden) and KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where he focuses on building high-performance distributed systems and programming languages. He is a main contributor to LeoDOS, a distributed operating system designed to enable real-time on-board processing and data stream analytics within LEO satellite constellations. His work aims to transform how geospatial data is processed in orbit, facilitating faster and more efficient insights for critical applications like maritime tracking and disaster monitoring.
