Jaan Saar

Jaan Saar is the Operational Lead for the LDT CitiVERSE EDIC and the EU-funded BUILD project. He focuses on turning European digital twin initiatives into operational, scalable implementations across cities and regions. Previously, he led the development of Estonia’s national digital twin and e-construction platform, and contributed to international standardization efforts including buildingSMART International and the EU BIM Task Group.
