Andrius Kučas

Dr. Andrius Kučas has over 20 years of professional experience in GIS, spatial data analysis, ICT architecture, and data-driven decision support. His expertise includes EU data interoperability, agricultural, environmental, cohesion, and international partnership policy support, as well as ex-ante and ex-post policy impact analysis. He has worked with complex legal and spatiotemporal datasets across multiple domains, spatial scales, and continents. He has contributed to over 20 conferences and authored more than 30 scientific publications, and regularly provides training and consultations to strengthen geospatial capacities in private and public sector organisations.
